Staffing Operations Specialist Remote Spain / Portugal Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (C1) and Portuguese B2+ A core operations position owning staffing execution across Spain and Portugal . You will be the reliability and risk owner for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance with Spain as the technical core of operations. The Role You run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business: End-to-end worker lifecycle and contracts Payroll control, validation, and approval Labor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL) Audits, inspections, and complex cases Operational readiness for invoicing and margins You operate autonomously, think ahead, flag risks early, and keep operations stable under pressure. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in staffing operations / workforce administration Hands-on Spanish labor expertise (portals, CBAs, nóminas) Experience with payroll, audits, and inspections Demonstrated exposure to Portuguese employment administration and labor frameworks!! Practical understanding of Portuguese Social Security, contracts, terminations and payroll fundamentals!!
