Position We are currently looking for a STOCK SUPERVISOR for our store in Barcelona. As Stock Supervisor, you will secure back‑of‑house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure the right products are available, and you will execute various store procedures and tasks related to product care to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client’s experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operations and work across all of Louis Vuitton’s product categories. Inventory Monitoring Set inventory quality standards, manage back‑office operations and oversee stock counts, intra‑shop movements and consignment management. Perform cashier checks, handle care services, and run reports to monitor boutique performance effectively. Manage money deposits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records. Improve the availability of products interacting with the Supply Chain. Operational Policies and Standards Ensure adherence to boutique procedures, including cashiering, client follow‑up, and opening/closing protocols. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Manage contracts with suppliers and follow the internal audit guidelines. Store Organization and Visual Merchandising Maintain organization through the store, including sales floor, stockroom and back‑of‑house areas. Assist in merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring the store maintains a luxury appearance and atmosphere. Client Experience and Sales Support Provide exceptional client experience, assisting clients with inquiries, product information and any other needs. Support sales associates during peak times, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients. Ability to work in a team and having a global vision of the business Requirements At least 5 years of experience in stock management in a retail company.
