Company Description El Gordito is an all-day cantina and coffee that offers a mix of food, coffee, natural wines, and sake. We aim to provide a unique hospitality experience for every guest. Role Description El Gordito is expanding and we are looking for a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager at El Gordito, located in Madrid. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of El Gordito, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient store performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, implementing strategies, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an exceptional guest experience Experience in Store Management, including inventory oversight and team leadership Strong Communication abilities to engage with customers and effectively manage staff and operations Knowledge of best practices to manage people and a store Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a must Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
