Your primary focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with additional responsibility for public and non-public tenders in Spain. You report directly to the Sales leadership.What you do:Monitoring public and private tenders and evaluating opportunities and risksEnd-to-end ownership of tender and deal processesCoordination of complex tender projects, especially in the public sectorPreparation and submission of tender documents and proposalsClose collaboration with Sales and Key Account ManagementEnsuring quality, compliance and completeness of all documentationCoordination with internal stakeholders and external partnersSupport of management approval and deal review processesContinuous optimization of deal desk and tender processesConsideration of country-specific procurement requirementsCommercial or technical education3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Bid or Tender ManagementExperience with public tenders and procurement processesKnowledge of IT, Cloud, Security or Telecommunications marketsStrong MS Word and Excel skillsFluent German and professional English; Spanish is a plusStructured, analytical and detail-oriented working styleA central role in driving sales success with direct impact on strategic and complex dealsHigh level of ownership and autonomy in managing and shaping deal and tender processesAn international, cross-functional working environment with exposure to multiple marketsFlexible working models, including hybrid and remote optionsContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesModern offices and state-of-the-art tools to support efficient collaborationCompetitive employee benefits and regular team eventsA1 Digital is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
