Madrid, Spain | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) Ready for a challenge? Overview We’re looking for a Strategic Consultant to work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute country-level strategy in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning insights into action and managing multiple high-impact initiatives at once. About the Role You’ll help define and execute the most strategic, cross-functional projects with a clear focus on growth. Acting as a connector across teams, you’ll combine data analysis, stakeholder alignment, and strong project execution to drive measurable results. Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional growth initiatives from insight to implementation Translate data into actionable recommendations in partnership with BI and commercial teams Support the country sales organization with structured analysis and data-driven decision-making Act as a cross-functional orchestrator, aligning teams and removing execution roadblocks Track critical KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions Maintain a strong growth- and user-centric mindset across all projects Qualifications Experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or a high-growth business in a similar role Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives using an effective 80/20 prioritisation approach Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Slides/Docs (or similar) Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools Working knowledge of basic AI tools (e.g. Gemini or similar) Benefits Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote) Clear career progression and development opportunities Company laptop and smartphone €120 monthly meal allowance 23 days annual leave Additional parental leave on top of statutory allowance Comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance, life insurance, physiotherapy, gym discounts, and language classes Employee discounts on food delivery Inclusion & Belonging We’re committed to building an inclusive, diverse workplace where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic self to work and grow in a collaborative, international environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
