Supplier Quality Assurance Structural Components Steel Towers (m/f/d)Descubra más sobre las tareas diarias, las responsabilidades generales y la experiencia requerida para esta oportunidad desplazándose hacia abajo ahora.REQUISITION ID: 11029LOCATION:Tajonar, ES, 31192DEPARTMENT: SourcingEnsure the fulfilment of the Quality Standards for Steel Tower Structural Components manufactures for Nordex (Steel plates, flanges, Door Frames, OPT), according to the Company Policy, the Management System & APQP4WIND.YOUR TASKS:Assure the quality in the manufacturing processDo process audits to the door frames, steel mills, OPT or flanges suppliersDo technical review or kick of meeting with the suppliers to clarify the doubts or necessities related a new projectAnalyze and solve supplier request of information or deviation request, when they can’t fulfill our specificationWork together with the inspector and coordinate the inspections at the supplierCoordinate the Lab test of the material samplesMaintain the suppliers list status updatedLead the homologation process and material approval process for new suppliersNon conformities management, executing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutionsYOUR PROFILE:Complementary training in Mechanical engineering and APQP4WINDC1 English spoken and written2 years of experience spoken and writtenEfficient in terms of time and cost savingReadiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skillsHigh level of commitment, proactivity and dedicationAbility to work with different business culturesSystematic problem-solving behaviorTimely and effective management of quality issuesHigh willingness and flexibility to travelYOUR BENEFITSIn addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:Some offers may vary by locationNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
