Job OverviewAs aSupport & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our products across different customer projects, supporting live environments, and acting assecond-line technical support. You will work closely with customers, planners, and internal development teams to apply configuration changes, resolve incidents, and perform small fixes and product maintenance.
Implement and configure products from our portfolio for different customer projects.
· Apply UAT changes based on customer feedback and planner requirements.
· Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution assecond-line technical support.
· Analyse issues reported by first-line support or customers and provide technical solutions.
· NET applications.
· Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate configurations, and support troubleshooting.
· Support deployments, configuration changes, and controlled updates in customer environments.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies (Dailies, planning sessions, reviews, etc.).
3-4+ years of experiencein software support, implementation, or technical consultancy roles.
· Good working knowledge ofSQL(queries, analysis, troubleshooting).
· NETfor small fixes, maintenance, or understanding application behaviour.
· Experience supporting production systems and working with real customers.
· Good communication skills inEnglish, both written and spoken.
· Comfortable working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Azure environments or similar cloud platforms.
· Background in QA, development, or technical support roles.Full-time, permanent contract (40h/week) with flexible hours.
