On Site Support Technician Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and base software, providing prioritized on‑site support to VIP users such as the Mayor’s Office and council members. Resolves technical incidents on site at municipal facilities and physically manages network components, peripherals, and the updating of the technological inventory. Requirements Education: Official training in computer science. Experience Technology related: 2 years in TIC and 1 year in the duties required for this position. Skills: They must have proficiency in Windows environments, office productivity tools, and ticketing systems, along with solid experience in physical maintenance of hardware and peripherals. Excellent user service, organization, and technical capability to provide end‑user support are required. Languages: Spanish.
