Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in high-end or high-volume restaurants
Strong knowledge of sushi and sashimi preparation
Excellent knife skills and fish handling
High standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and mise en place
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Team-oriented, disciplined, and detail-focused
Professional attitude with pride in craftsmanship
