Copyright Clearance Center is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will recruit international positions providing a full resourcing service including sourcing and recruitment cycle management and support the wider HR Team. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire.Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achievedMay participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as needed2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization.~ Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders~ Experience using recruitment ATS; Fluent English (C1 or equivalent)~ Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search toolsCCC works to advance copyright, accelerate knowledge, and power innovation.
