About Polène La descripción completa del puesto cubre todas las habilidades asociadas, la experiencia previa y cualquier cualificación que se espera que tengan los solicitantes. Founded in 2016, Polène is a French leather goods brand known for its exceptional artisanal craftsmanship and timeless designs inspired by nature. In a context of strong international growth, our collections are brought to life by more than 800 artisans in our workshops in Ubrique, Spain, the heart of our production and craftsmanship. Ubrique is a town deeply rooted in leather heritage, recognized for the warmth, dedication, and close‑knit spirit of its community—where Polène’s story takes shape every day. The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support Polène’s growth by recruiting the people who craft our products and support our corporate teams. Based at our main production site, this role plays a direct role in shaping the quality, culture, and future of the company. About the Team You will join the HR team in Spain (7 people, including another TA) and report both to HR management in Spain and to the Talent Acquisition and HR leadership teams in Paris, working in close alignment with the global people strategy. Your Mission & Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for workshop/production and corporate roles. Partner with stakeholders across Production, Design, Pattern Making, Finance, and HR to define needs and secure high‑quality hires. Source, interview, assess candidates, and coordinate selection and onboarding processes. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles. Support employer branding initiatives and ensure accurate recruitment reporting and compliance. Your Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in craftsmanship, manufacturing, luxury, fashion, or similar environments. Comfortable working in structured, fast‑growing organizations with multiple recruitments in parallel. Strong international mindset; fluent in English or French is mandatory (additional languages are a plus). Proactive, hands‑on, quality‑driven, with a strong partnership approach toward hiring managers. Experience supporting team growth, workshop expansion, or new site openings is a plus. Why Join Us? Have a direct impact on the teams behind Polène’s iconic handbags. Grow professionally within a fast‑growing, international luxury brand. Work at the heart of Polène’s production, close to craftsmanship and operations. Enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle in Ubrique, combining professional ambition with a strong sense of community and nature. Collaborate with international teams on global projects. Support can be offered to facilitate relocation to the Ubrique area. Diversity & Inclusion Polène promotes an inclusive, ethical, and equitable culture across all its recruitment practices. We welcome you as you are, with your talents, energy, and desire to contribute. #J-18808-Ljbffr
