As a Talent Scientist, you will work closely with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation and best practice while providing an expert viewpoint on talent assessments. This is not a recruiter position; it focuses on the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business. Responsibilities Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insight, partnering with the business to streamline hiring processes. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, yielding substantial insights into motivations and behaviours. Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with our hiring agenda and maintain consistency in operational processes. Generate data‑driven insights, ensuring robust decision‑making and supporting hiring outcomes. Consider the employer brand and candidate experience impacts. Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement. Collaborate with external third parties and platforms to maximise return on investment. Advocate for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from our hiring processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a psychology‑based subject (exceptional academic background). Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting industry. Highly data‑driven mindset with ability to create measurable outcomes. Passion for scientific approaches to talent selection and forecasting hiring outcomes. Strong analytical problem‑solving skills using SQL, Python and/or advanced statistical analysis. Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments and their interpretation. Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders. High level of personal organisation and self‑drive to work remotely. Willingness to travel to company events 2‑4 times a year, up to two weeks each. Other Skills You May Bring Experience in sourcing and headhunting, with ability to coach senior leadership on talent hunting. Experience in statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics or machine learning. Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset and psychometric validity metrics.
