Team Lead – Business Development Representatives (BDR)¿Está pensando en solicitar este empleo? You’ll be responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives, ensuring they consistently deliver high‑quality meetings and follow best‑practice processes. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll combine people development, performance management, and structured sales methodology to help your team excel. What You’ll Do Lead and coach our BDRs through 1:1s, co‑listening, team meetings, and ongoing sales training Drive strong meeting‑booking performance: Ensure data quality and accurate information gathering (interviews + homepage research) Support deliverables and performance expectations as KPIs evolve Use and maintain the latest BDR Meeting Booking and Onboarding playbooks Manage day‑to‑day team operations (time off, sick leave, motivation, competitions) What You Bring Experience leading or coaching a sales team (BDR/SDR experience is a plus) Strong communication and people‑development skills Speak any of the Nordics languages A structured and proactive approach xcskxlj A passion for helping others grow and succeed Ability to adapt in a fast‑evolving environment with evolving KPIs and processes Motivated by performance, quality, and building strong team culture Why Hubexo Join an ambitious, growing organisation shaping the future of data and insights for the construction industry—while helping build a high‑performing BDR function from the ground up.
