As our Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our BDR function. You’ll be responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives, ensuring they consistently deliver high‑quality meetings and follow best‑practice processes.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll combine people development, performance management, and structured sales methodology to help your team excel.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach our BDRs through1:1s, co‑listening, team meetings, and ongoing sales training
Drive strong meeting‑booking performance:
Ensure data quality and accurate information gathering (interviews + homepage research)
Support deliverables and performance expectations as KPIs evolve
Use and maintain the latest BDRMeeting BookingandOnboardingplaybooks
Manage day‑to‑day team operations (time off, sick leave, motivation, competitions)
What You Bring
Experience leading or coaching a sales team (BDR/SDR experience is a plus)
Strong communication and people‑development skills
Speak any of the Nordics languages
A structured and proactive approach xiphteb

Ability to adapt in a fast‑evolving environment with evolving KPIs and processes
