You'll be joining at a moment where foundations are being laid and every decision shapes what comes next.We're looking for a Mobile Team Lead to lead the greenfield rewrite of our iOS/Android application using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform (CMP). This role combines strong technical leadership with a genuine focus on people management—you'll be equally invested in architectural decisions and in helping your team members grow their skills and advance their careers.You should be someone who thrives on developing talent, providing both support and constructive challenge, and building teams that deliver excellent work while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
