SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead On behalf of our global client, we're currently looking for a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Role: SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Start Date: 1 September 2026 End Date: 31 May 2027 Working Model: Remote work with occasional onsite in Barcelona Language: English B2 minimum Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead the planning and execution of data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will act as a Data Migration SME, coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies and controls, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, accurate and complete data migration into the target SAP environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation. Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives. Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS). Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools. Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams. Resolve complex data migration and technical issues. Manage migration risks, controls and data quality. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team. Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability. Essential Skills 7+ years of SAP/data migration experience Strong SAP BO Data Services (BODS) / SAP Data Services expertise Proven experience delivering S/4HANA data migration projects Experience leading offshore teams Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills English B2+ Spanish-based candidate- ideally near BCN /Cataluna but not necessary Desirable Advanced SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit experience Previous experience on large-scale SAP transformation programmes If you are interested and available, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
