We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. ✅ Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries. Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation. Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET. Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment. Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring. Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence. Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. iGaming experience is a must. ~5+ years of experience in C# / .NET software development. ~ Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor. ~ NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design. ~ Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment. ~ Experience with Kafka, GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems (e.G., Redis). ~ Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus. ~
