Overview Tech Lead role at Fever Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. We are seeking bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset to help shape the future of entertainment. What we are looking for We are looking for a Tech Lead to join Fever with outstanding software development talent. You care about code quality and strive to get things done right, not just done. Responsibilities Lead engineering development for a product team. Have strong opinions, weakly held. Plan and execute strategies to ensure architecture supports future requirements. Contribute to improving the team’s processes. Mentor other experienced engineers. On your first month: integrate with the team, participate in planning, refinement, and retrospectives, and become familiar with Fever’s tech stack and CI/CD workflows. After 3 months: design solutions for difficult problems, write production-grade Python code, and participate in hackdays/hackathons. On the 6th month: own parts of the systems, contribute to new microservices, mentor, and lead ambitious initiatives. About You Must have skills: Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns. Relational databases; data-intensive understanding. Experience with distributed systems, network communication, scalability and resilience. Ability to deliver code from development to production. Culture of full ownership. Proficiency in business English. Understanding how to deliver excellent engineering solutions and create phenomenal product experiences. Adaptability to change and new contexts; willingness to improve you and your team.
