As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands‑on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring.
This is a hands‑on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area.
Your responsibilities:
Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions
Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions
Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration
Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform
What we are looking for:
Strong experience building production software
Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer
Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript
Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
Experience working across the full product lifecycle
Ability to work autonomously
Experience making architectural decisions
Enjoys working in a start‑up, scale up environment
Fluent Spanish, English would be advantageous
Tech Stack: Typescript, NodeJs, React, PostgreSQL and AWS
Based in Barcelona along with a hybrid working model
