ppAs a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands‑on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring. /p pThis is a hands‑on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liGuide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions /li liWrite high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components /li liCollaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions /li liLead design and architectural decisions in collaboration /li liTake technical ownership of core parts of the platform /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liStrong experience building production software /li liMinimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer /li liSolid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript /li liGood understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) /li liExperience working across the full product lifecycle /li liAbility to work autonomously /liliExperience making architectural decisions /li liEnjoys working in a start‑up, scale‑up environment /li liFluent Spanish, English would be advantageous /li /ul pTech Stack: Typescript, NodeJs, React, PostgreSQL and AWS /p pBased in Barcelona along with a hybrid working model /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
