University Degree or Master’s in Engineering.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and
English.
A certified C1 level in German is strictly required, as you will be dealing
with key markets and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate
effectively in a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel for occasional meetings and client prospecting trips.
Knowledge of District Heating/Cooling networks, thermodynamics, and
energy markets is a highly valued plus.Your Role:
As a Technical-Commercial Engineer (District Heating), you will act as the
crucial bridge between our Process Engineering and Commercial departments. You
will combine your engineering expertise with business acumen to drive our growth in
the sustainable energy sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary liaison between the Process and Commercial teams to
ensure all proposed solutions are both technically sound and commercially
competitive.
Providing robust technical support in the preparation and development of
comprehensive technical proposals, bids, and tenders for District Heating
projects.
Sizing, evaluating, and selecting key mechanical and process equipment, such
as heat exchangers, compressors, pumps, and piping systems, tailored to
client requirements.
Collaborating with suppliers and internal engineering teams to evaluate
technical bids, estimate costs, and ensure optimal equipment integration.
Participating in technical presentations and meetings with key clients,
municipalities, and utility companies to explain design philosophies and
process solutions.
Leading technical and commercial discussions, as well as contract negotiations,
particularly focusing on German-speaking markets.
Coordinating with the Project Management team to ensure a seamless
