As part of our growth, we are looking for a Head of Technical Back Office (m/f/d) Working as part of the Regional Service team, you will report to the Regional Service Manager, the Leader Technical Backoffice is responsible for ensuring the provision of technical support, training special operations.
You would work closely with the various operational teams in the region to ensure technical support, training, special operations and onsite Quality and HSE activities are suitably managed and in line with the operational needs:
YOUR TASKS:
Lead & manage technical back office in the region
Provide technical support to the region including maintaining, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the Wind turbine and associated equipment
Identify and correct more complex problems associated with start-up
Resolve/troubleshoot problems and/or train internal staff and customers on the features of the wind turbine
Manage Special Operations in the regions including inspection campaigns, major component exchanges, commissioning and other specialist services
Providing onsite Quality and HSE support
Driving availability improvements in the region
YOUR PROFILE:
MBA or Renewable Energy Master will be a plus
At least 10 years’ experience in Energy sector leading large size teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives and willing to travel
