Experteer Overview As Hotel-Chain Integration Analyst, you will lead technical integration discussions with partner networks from concept to delivery and beyond. You’ll collaborate with Contracting and the Global Connectivity Team to align solutions with partner needs. You’ll run workshops, propose API-based approaches, and troubleshoot complex integrations, enabling scalable, high‑quality outcomes. This role combines travel tech with client-centered problem solving in a dynamic environment. - Support global partners and drive integration discussions from concept design to operational delivery
- Lead pre-sales activities with the sales team, proposing solutions to meet partner requirements
- Conduct workshops and presentations on WebBeds' API solutions for technical partners
- Analyze and troubleshoot highly complex integration problems and propose effective solutions
- Identify and share best practices with affiliate partners and the Global Connectivity Team
- Collaborate with Level 1/2 support on complex partner issues
- Communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Perform Quality Assurance tests on APIs and websites prior to implementationResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in a similar role within travel or equivalent experience
- Ability to deliver high-quality, workable technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking for business/tech challenges
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with web- and mobile-based product development and high-volume tech architecture
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
- Coding skills in at least one server-side language and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Restful API principles
- Experience in e-commerce or travel industry is a plus
- Knowledge in systems design is a plus
