Job Title: Technical Lead SpecialistSi sus habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones coinciden con las de esta descripción del puesto, no demore su solicitud.Location: Malaga, Spain - Hybrid: 1 Day to Office Every WeekDuration: PermanentEmployment Type: Full-TimeLanguages: Spanish & EnglishRoles & Responsibilities:As a Technical Lead we need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Own and manage the demand pipeline, covering both enhancement and corrective changes.Oversee production incidents, operational risks, and critical issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Lead and coordinate technical teams, challenging proposed solutions and driving high-quality outcomes.Define, validate, and steer both functional and technical solution design.Perform end-to-end systems analysis across processes, integrations, and dependencies.Work closely with users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment, progress, and delivery.Drive a structured and sustainable evolution of the solution, with a strong focus on quality, stability, and execution.EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of experience in similar position / role as requested.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Computer science/Telecommunication engineering/Maths/…SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEFluency in bothSpanish and English , written and spoken.Proven experience inProject Managementwithin complex technology environments.Strong background indemand managementand prioritization.Previoushands-on developmentexperience (Flink, Hazelcast, Schema Registry, microservices/springboot, spring framework & Java).Experience in atechnical leadershiprole. xcskxlj Solid expertise insystems analysis .Strong knowledge ofpayments, SWIFT, and liquidity management .Ability to operate effectively incomplex, high-pressure, high-visibility environments .Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and defend robust technical solutions across different stakeholder levels.
