The Technical lead is the team member who guarantees the delivery in time and quality of the increase of the product. He/she is a member of the development team specialized in the technical design of the Squad product or service and will work with the Scrum Master to isolate the development team from the complexities of the organization and technical dependencies with other teams.From a product perspective a Tech lead builds and delivers product increments according to Scrum / Kanban methodology, he/she will have product vision; understand the backlog and its technical implication.
