Job Description:1、New product launch support and organize seminars/webinars2、Pre-sales support, provide good technical solutions to customers3、Respond the technical questions/requirements from customers4、Provide technical support to both solar module and ESS5、Maintain and update the CEC and/or other related product certifications and qualifications to meet Spanish speaking area needs6、Contract review and technical clause negotiation including warranty, tests, pre-shipment inspection, etc7、Collaborate with HQ team to find solutions to the technical term deviation and evaluate the related cost8、Support customer training and CEC/SEC road shows9、Collaborate with HQ warranty department to resolve product warranty/after-sale issues/complaints10、Coordinate the order execution including Pre-shipment inspection, 3rd party lab testing, factory audit, manufacturing supervision, etc11、Competitors' product/offerings analysisRequirements:1、Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields2、Familiar with solar module and energy storage products, with the ability to design and provide solutions for integrated product and ESS3、5 years+ technical supporting experience4、Confident to provide technical speech to clients or public audience5、Knowledge and/or experiences in PV system design and ESS6、Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills7、Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player8、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English; 9、Able to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad in a short notice
