Experteer Overview In this role you will support geotechnical and engineering aspects of a Spain-based project, proposing variations and optimizations to the original design and assessing their effectiveness. You will collaborate with the Technical Office and Site teams to ensure execution aligns with project specs, safety, and quality requirements. You’ll oversee method statements, trial fields, and end-of-project reporting, driving design modifications when needed. This position offers impact through technical leadership in a complex civil project with a strong emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Support project activities ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Assist Site Technical Managers and Site Managers in defining methods and execution phases to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with the Technical Office to report issues, anomalies, or changes
- Identify and formulate alternative technical solutions during tender/design phases with cross-functional teams
- Work with the Technical Office to prepare method statements for activities and technologies
- Manage and support trial fields and final acceptance tests with corresponding reporting
- Prepare and complete quality control forms
- Participate in technical briefings with designers to identify optimizations
- Provide ongoing technical assistance throughout project activities
- Verify effectiveness of design solutions and manage non-conformities requiring modifications
- Prepare end-of-project report and As Built drawings when requiredResponsabilidades
- Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of soil improvement and foundation works
- Strong expertise in defining alternative technical solutions for project execution
- Experience in providing technical assistance during project activities
- Knowledge of professional software/applications related to the field (design, testing, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System and main procedures of company functions
- Knowledge of major Italian and international regulations related to construction (safety, environment, quality)
