Key ResponsibilitiesPor favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.Reviews and manages technical riders and production requirements ahead of each event.Coordinates with artists, production teams, suppliers and venue operations to align on technical specifications and deliverables.Plans and oversees technical setups, installations and rehearsals to ensure full readiness before going live.Manages scenic builds, co‑props, rigging and special technical installations in line with production briefs.Supervises audio, lighting, video, LED, and staging operations across all live events and productions.Operates as the main point of escalation for technical issues during live events, ensuring swift and effective resolution.Sources and manages technical suppliers, rental partners and production companies to meet operational requirements.Negotiates supplier pricing and manages technical budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.Monitors and enforces technical safety standards and operational procedures across all production activities.Ensures all technical documentation, plans and specifications are accurate, up to date and accessible to relevant teams.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in technical production management within nightlife, live events or touring environments is preferred.Deep understanding of audio, lighting, video, LED, and staging systems across large‑scale productions.Knowledge of networking, media servers and time code systems is preferred.Experience with Vectorworks or similar technical drawing and planning tools is preferred.Strong troubleshooting ability with the confidence to resolve technical issues under live event pressure.Solid supplier management skills with experience negotiating pricing and managing production partners.Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
