Then we have an exciting opportunity for you in Europe (Remote).The Programmatic Technical Specialist (L2) role is predominantly data-centric. In this role, manipulating data at scale is inseparable from coding; you aren't just a syntax expert, but a problem-solver who understands data structures and algorithms to improve our infrastructure and drive business efficiency.Because we operate at such a significant scale, your daily work involves more than just identifying issues—it requires the ability to build the tools and scripts necessary to fix them. you'll be applying computer science fundamentals and a deep understanding of data structures to ensure our infrastructure remains robust.you are evolving it by asking: Maintenance/evolution of Operations back-end infrastructureSkilled in analyzing complex technical problems, utilizing queries and scripts to extract information from large datasets across multiple systems.Knowledge sharing by creating internal/ external documentation and/or deliver trainings to colleagues and teamsCollege diploma or university degree in an IT-related field (equivalent experience considered).~ Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.~2+ years in a Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role.~ Demonstrate impeccable customer service skills by closing cases with a solution or more education (going further than "I can't reproduce it").~ Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries) and REST APIs .~ Solid understanding of Linux and Database concepts.~ Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms .
