About the role As a PO, you will join a global and multicultural team focused on building and evolving data analytics and reporting solutions used by organizations worldwide. You'll act as a Product Owner proxy, working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and product leaders to design, refine, and deliver features, integrations, and reporting capabilities that help clients gain insights, stay compliant, and manage payroll-related information efficiently. Your daily work will involve backlog refinement, functional design, sprint participation, stakeholder demos, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration across the product ecosystem. Experience Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory—practical experience and skills are what matter. Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst in an agile environment. Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, backlog management, and converting business needs into clear user stories. Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (scrum, sprints, refinements, demos). Ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure proper functional alignment. Experience with data integration products and solid knowledge of SQL. Experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance solutions is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills, a resourceful mindset, and a strong problem-solving approach. Comfortable working on innovative solutions and exploring new technologies. English mandatory What you'll do Scrums: Participate in daily standups to align responsibilities, identify blockers, and clarify priorities. Backlog ownership: Ensure user stories, requirements, and refinements are complete and well-defined, with no functional gaps. Variety of work: From preparing stakeholder demos and participating in roadmap planning to collaborating with UX on prototypes and defining functional solutions. Continuous learning: Approach challenges with a proactive and "figure-it-out" attitude. Problem-solving: Help define solutions and adapt to the functional demands of a global, complex product.
