Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation with us?We are looking for a (Senior)Technical Product Owner/Technical Product Manager who will ensure the highest quality standards across our innovative digital payment solutions!This (Senior)Technical Product Owner/Technical Product Manager role should bridge the product vision and technical execution by owning the backlog for backend components, ensuring technically sound, scalable, and user-centric solutions that align with the overall product strategy.You will work with, support and inspire a cross-functional team of developers and quality assurance engineers while actively contributing to the launch of robust, scalable backend systems. Operating within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, you will collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes that align with organizational, project and product objectives.ResponsibilitiesBacklog ownershipOwn, prioritize, and manage the backlog for technical components (e.g. APIs, SDKs, system integrations)Ensure stories and tasks reflect both functional and non-functional requirementsAlign with architects, engineering manager and security lead on non-functional requirementsBalance technical debt resolution with delivery of business valueTechnical CollaborationCollaborate with architects and engineers to provide product side inputs on changes on architecture and data flowsTranslate business needs into technical incrementsAssess technical trade-offs, dependencies and implications for roadmap and delivery timelinesSprint ExecutionLead backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure clarity and readiness for deliveryEnsure cross-team dependencies and priorities are addressed through effective coordination (e.g., scrum of scrums)Monitor sprint progress and proactively manage risks and impediments impacting deliveryStakeholder CollaborationAlign with dev leads, architects, and security/compliance leads to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and complianceCoordinate with other product team members to manage interdependent features and cross-component workflowsCommunicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadershipStrategic Alignment & Customer EngagementContribute to the overall product vision and roadmap by providing technical and delivery insightsRepresent the product in customer engagements to gather direct feedbackSupport go-to-market activities by ensuring technical readiness and articulating product capabilitiesDesired Skills & ExperienceSubject matter expertiseStrong understanding of complex financial platforms such as payment systems and core bankingProven track record in building and launching integration-focused features and products (back-end or developer-facing) in collaboration with (external) partnersDemonstrated ability to understand technical architecture and dependencies / limitationsAbility of being able to understand the security impact of vulnerabilities and design decisionsProduct owner skillsStrong ability to manage trade-offs between features, technical debt, performance, and delivery timelinesAdept at simplifying complex system interactions into actionable backlog items with well-defined priorities and acceptance criteriaSkilled at facilitating cross-functional discussions to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technically feasible solutionsExperience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian productsCore competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex product challengesProactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementSAFe Knowledge: Experience working in a SAFe environment, with an understanding of ARTs, PIs, and delivering value through iterative development.Technical knowledge preferred: Some understanding of relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Go), databases, cloud platforms and API design is a plus.What's great about working with us:Culture and diversity: Join a people-oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
