Experteer Overview
As a Technical Program Manager at Guesty, you serve as a key technical partner to customers, guiding complex use cases and driving product adoption. You translate customer requirements into scalable SaaS solutions and work closely with Customer Success to optimize workflows for retention and growth. You act as the Voice of the Customer, shaping product direction with real-world feedback. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and customer advocacy, in a fast-growing, global hospitality technology company.

• Meet or exceed KPI expectations and support professional development.
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in SaaS or a technology-driven environment
• API literacy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Technical aptitude navigating complex SaaS environments and mastering intricate use cases
• Strategic problem-solving to analyze configurations and workflows for scalable solutions
• Expert communication & training skills to translate dense concepts into actionable guidance
• SaaS product advocacy with experience providing feature requests and roadmap feedback
• Proactive drive to identify adoption gaps, improve setup, and collect product feedback
• Analytical thinking to track product needs across account cohorts
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to embrace change
• Bonus: Market knowledge of short-term rental, OTA landscape, and property management software
