You will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible content across different platforms while representing NRF in workshops and customer locations. Your work will strengthen customer knowledge, support product understanding and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the department. /ppbr/ppbWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? /b /ppbr/pulliDeliver technical training to workshops and customers, as well as internal training for NRF colleagues. /liliCreate technical articles, translations and interactive training sessions to increase engagement and interest. /liliResolve technical queries and troubleshoot product‑related issues. /liliContribute to improvements and innovation within the technical department. /liliVisit workshops and customers to conduct training sessions that you will have previously prepared through digital platforms, ensuring clear understanding and resolving all types of technical questions from customers and partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT DO YOU BRING? /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience in Mechanical Engineering. /liliBusiness‑fluent English and Portuguese (French is highly valued). /liliProactive and decisive mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills. /liliHigh learning capacity and strong organizational skills, managing your own workload and schedule. /liliStrong digital skills and confidence using PCs, mobile devices and tablets. /liliSociable and active personality, comfortable moving between different work centers. /liliKnowledge of high‑performance vehicles, hybrid and electric technologies, HVAC systems, automotive diagnostics and fluorinated gases. /liliResidence in Madrid or surrounding areas. /liliAvailability to travel. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT DO WE OFFER? /b /ppbr/ppA career at NRF means working for an international oriented leading manufacturer and supplier of Automotive aftermarket parts and industrial cooling solutions.
