Responsible for the on-site installation of the 3S products: Lifts, Climb Auto System, Climb assist.
Provide customers with training on the installation, use and annual inspection of the company's products.
Attend customer sites to deal with faults as instructed by the company.
Refining and writing product guidelines
Refining and writing troubleshooting manuals.
Preparation of Product maintenance reports
Counting product failures and assisting the Quality Department in analyzing root causes
Development of improvement measures to address common product issues
Support sales with technical clarification.
Daily management of the warehouse, identification and dispatch of parts.
Requirements
At least two years of relevant work experience, with experience in mechanical installation and basic electrical knowledge
Proficient in the use of office software
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to adapt to short-term travel
Fluent in English and local language (Spanish, Greek, Turkish...)
