Ensure Service Level Agreements accomplishment- Identify and promote actions to improve the service**Basic Qualifications**:- +3 years’ experience leading teams in maintenance/project IT in Technology area and specifically in Financial Service Sector- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following languages is essential: Visual Basic, Ebranch or Clipper- Definition of Technical Designs, layout of the new screens and implementation in those programming languages- Good level of spoken and written English is mandatory- Strongly result-oriented profile
