As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our dynamic team.Position Overview: We're looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company, the upsellers role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and thrive in a fulfilling remote position. Embrace a career that values your talents and allows you to make a difference in the lives of our customers.Job requirements: ● An extensive background in sales, Ideally phone sales. ● English as their primary language. ● Autonomo status is required for the role. ● To reside in Spain or Gibraltar. ● Possess a laptop and fast speed internet. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Technology efficiency. ● Adaptable and quick thinking. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Wage & Hours: In this role, you'll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales. This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role: Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Tuesday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Thursday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Please only apply if you can commit to the working hours and meet the criteria.
