Job Title: Remote Telesales Executive (with chance to move into a Senior Role) Location: Remote (you must live in Spain or Gibraltar) Salary: Regular Role: Base Salary: £17,000 (€19,976) With Commission: up to £31,000 (€36,428) Senior Role: Base Salary: £20,000 (€23,502) With Higher Commission: up to £50,000 (€58,755) About the Job: We're hiring for a company that helps English-speaking people with wills and planning for later in life. Your job will be calling existing customers (they already have a will with us) and offering them other useful services. You'll explain the benefits and try to make a sale. This job is all done from home, and you'll get full training and support. If you're good, there's a chance to move up into a senior role. What You'll Do: Call people who are already customers (not cold calling) Sell them extra services Take payments Update customer details in our system Work with the team to keep things running smoothly What You Need: Experience in sales (especially over the phone) Speak fluent English Be registered as Autónomo in Spain Live in Spain or Gibraltar Have your own laptop and good internet Be confident speaking and writing Be good with technology Be flexible, quick-thinking, and calm under pressure Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm (with a 1-hour lunch) Friday: 10am – 3pm 37 hours a week Only apply if you live in Spain or Gibraltar and can work these hours.
