About Neurored Neurored is a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company in logistics technology, built 100% on Salesforce Trusted by global enterprises with multi-million contracts, we’re scaling our go-to-market team and looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth engine Role Summary: Testing Manager (SaaS TMS) We are seeking an End-to-End Testing Manager to lead the testing team responsible for the successful implementation of our SaaS Transportation Management System (TMS). This role owns quality across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer-specific configurations, integrations, and business workflows are fully tested and production-ready. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and risk management during delivery rather than core product development. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage an end-to-end testing team · Own the testing strategy for customer-specific configurations, integrations, and workflows · Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing · Coordinate testing activities with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams · Manage test environments, data, and defect triage through go-live · Define and track quality and readiness metrics; identify and mitigate delivery risks · Act as the primary quality owner for go-live and post-launch stabilization Profile & Experience · Proven QA leader with experience managing E2E testing for enterprise SaaS implementations · Strong background in integration-heavy systems (APIs, EDI, ERP/WMS connections) · Experience delivering complex systems for large customers with tight timelines · Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination skills · TMS, logistics, or supply chain experience strongly preferred Success Looks Like · Minimal production defects during project rollouts launch and stabilization · Clear visibility into risks, test coverage, and readiness throughout the project · A well-coordinated, effective testing team aligned with implementation goals
