About the role
We are looking for a Traffic Manager to support early-stage efforts by directing traffic to a set of web resources. The role involves working closely with internal teams, applying various traffic tools and methods, and contributing to testing and optimisation processes.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and test new traffic sources based on project goals
Manage and direct traffic to designated web resources
Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align traffic strategies with broader objectives
Support ongoing optimisation through analysis and structured experimentation

Qualifications

Experience in traffic acquisition, media buying, or digital promotion
Understanding of different traffic sources and traffic types
Familiarity with automation tools and analytics platforms>
Russian – fluent; English – strong written communication
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
