Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Transactional Banking Specialist to support the accurate and timely execution of payments across multiple EMEA legal entities. This role manages the full payment lifecycle—from invoice processing to final bank execution—ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional internal service. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a global environment. Role Responsibilities Perform daily payment forecasting and prepare foreign currency requirements for various EMEA entities. Generate, verify, and process payment files across multiple banking partners. Monitor and resolve rejected or failed payments , including international incident tracking and escalation. Review, maintain, and update supplier contracts involving guarantees; execute associated transfers and promissory notes. Manage and process JIRA requests related to payment activities, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution. Extract, analyze, and interpret payment reports to support ongoing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Skillset and Experience Required Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow established payment standards and procedures. Experience managing high‑volume account portfolios while balancing multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable operating within a global, fast‑paced, and cross‑functional environment . Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid analytical capability with the ability to extract and analyze recurring payment reports .
