Main Tasks

Plan, organize, and optimize day‑to‑day transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods within our quality standards
Communicate and maintain relations with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve any transportation issues
Prepare necessary documentation for shipments
Trouble shooting, resolving logistical problems in a fast and efficient way

Requirements

Degree in Logistics or a related field
3+ years of experience in transportation coordination and logistics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under (time) pressure
Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications: particularly Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with supply chain management principles
Familiarity with Transport Management Systems
English (spoken and written) B2 level
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Team player, positive attitude
Proactive approach to problem‑solving
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
