This is not only a customer support position.
We’re hiring a Travel Concierge / Travel Manager who owns client outcomes, negotiates directly with partners, and combines high-touch service, commercial thinking, and operational control.
Your Mission
You are responsible for turning a client request into a confirmed, well-negotiated, fully delivered ski or mountain trip.
You don’t just assist — you advise, negotiate, close, and deliver.
What You Will Do
Client Ownership (End-to-End)
Lead direct conversations with clients (chat, email, calls)
Clarify preferences, constraints, budgets, and expectations
Guide clients toward the best-fit solution and close bookings
Stay responsible for the trip before, during, and after travel
Travel Design & Partner Negotiations
Design complete ski & mountain travel packages:
hotels & chalets
transfers
Negotiate directly with hotels, chalets, DMCs, ski schools, and local partners
availability & room allocation
upgrades, perks, and added value for clients
Compare multiple partner offers and select the best commercial and experiential outcome
Maintain and grow long‑term partner relationships
Commercial Thinking & Upsell
Proactively suggest higher‑value or better‑fit options
Increase booking value through relevance, not pressure
Think in terms of experience quality, conversion, and margin
Balance client satisfaction with commercial goals
Manage bookings, confirmations, changes, and payments
Handle exceptions and last‑minute changes calmly and independently
Ensure accuracy, timelines, and zero loose ends
Product & AI Contribution
Identify recurring client needs, objections, and emotional patterns
Feed insights into our AI‑powered travel assistant
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve matching, conversion, and retention
Who You Are
You are not a customer support agent.
You are closer to a travel advisor, travel manager, or concierge with commercial responsibility.
You have experience in travel, hospitality, concierge, or luxury services
You’ve handled partner negotiations (hotels, suppliers, DMCs, venues, etc.)
You’re comfortable discussing prices, terms, and alternatives
You take ownership instead of escalating problems
You stay calm under pressure and enjoy autonomy
Skills & Tools
French, Spanish, or German — strong plus
Confident with CRM systems, booking tools, Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, ChatGPT
