This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, travel coordination, and finding the best possible solutions in a dynamic international environment.What you’ll doManage client travel requests from inquiry to completionAdvise clients on suitable, practical, and cost-efficient travel optionsCoordinate international travel arrangements based on project needs and traveler requirementsCommunicate with clients regarding changes, updates, and alternative optionsEnsure smooth service delivery and a high level of client satisfactionWork closely with internal colleagues to support project travel planning and executionWho you areService-minded, proactive, and solution-orientedWell-organized and able to manage multiple travel requests at the same timeComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantageExperienced in travel consulting, corporate travel, or travel coordinationConfident in dealing directly with clients and handling travel-related requests professionallyGood working knowledge of Amadeus; relevant accreditation is an advantageWhat we offerA flexible and growing company environmentThe opportunity to work on international and meaningful projectsClose collaboration with experienced travel professionalsA role with room for development as the company continues to growLearn more about us: https://volarevitae.Dk/Interested, or know someone who might be a great fit?
