CDTI call dated 5 August 2025 for the granting of aid under the State R&D&I Plan, aimed at revitalisation actions in the Doñana area. Where to apply E-mail Requirements Research Field: Engineering » Electrical engineering Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Management Specific Requirements: Higher degree holder with proven experience in knowledge transfer, valorisation and dissemination of research results in projects. Skills in organising and coordinating training activities, strategic communication (including social media) and dissemination of scientific, technological and environmental results are required. Experience in supporting sustainable business models and value chains based on innovation and knowledge will be valued. The successful candidate will promote and coordinate training in technological entrepreneurship, innovation management and knowledge transfer, participating in the design and implementation of the Doñana Sustainable Innovation Incubator and Accelerator. Language: English Level Good Internal Application form(s) needed Collaboration in the management and coordination of the Terra Innova project. Support in the organisation of meetings, training activities, seminars and conferences aimed at the various agents in the system and the general public. Evaluation and quantification of indicators and evidence of the actions carried out in the project. Dissemination of calls for proposals and dissemination of the results of the project's actions. Organisation of events to promote the initiatives of researchers. Financial management of the project. Eligibility criteria Driving licence and own vehicle Selection process Academic record: maximum 2 points. Specific training related to the job profile: maximum 3 points. Experience in dissemination and outreach activities: maximum 2 points. Participation in the supervision and coordination of workshops, conferences and training activities in the field of innovation and business: maximum 3 points. English B1: maximum 1 point. Interview: on an exceptional basis, and if deemed necessary in order to choose between several candidates with the same score, personal interviews will be conducted with all of them.
