We are looking for a hands-on UX leader to establish and grow the UX function at T-Robotics. Starting as an individual contributor, you will focus on deeply understanding our customers and securing usability as the foundation of our product experience. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to shape the long-term UX vision in a new field—industrial robotics—where design excellence and usability can redefine how people interact with machines. Your impact will go beyond creating interfaces; you will help transform complex technology into simple, accessible, and trustworthy experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand customer needs through continuous feedback loops. Translate findings into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure insights directly inform priorities and solutions. Establish UX principles, standards, and governance that ensure consistency and usability. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in UX research and design, ideally within complex B2B or industrial software products. Strong track record of leading user research and translating insights into product direction. Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methods.
