Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid volunteer role for a UX Designer based in Barcelona. As a UX Designer, you will engage in user research, design thinking processes, and the creation of user-centered designs. Responsibilities include crafting visual designs, developing prototypes, and working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless user experience. While some tasks will require in-person collaboration, there is flexibility to work remotely as well. You will be working with and mentored by a Design Lead. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies Experience with User Experience (UX) processes and Prototyping Figma Strong Visual Design skills with attention to detail Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders Passion for contributing to projects centered on social impact and human rights Prior experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
