What are we looking for? A talented and creative UI/UX Designer with experience in design systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional user experiences. Experience in: Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards (back-office) Developing and maintaining consistent and scalable design systems Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and quality Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design About the ideal candidate: At least 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer Experience in interface design and design systems (important) Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar Experience with Hotjar and Google Analytics Knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies English: C1 (MANDATORY) Nice to have: Experience in interaction design and animation Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Analytics tools: Hotjar, Google Analytics Experience in accessibility design What can we offer you?
