EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Data Control Administrative professional to join our Vehicle Lifecycle Data Control team. This profile will play a key role in coordinating and managing engineering changes related to vehicle components and systems, ensuring all updates are properly assessed, validated, documented, and communicated across the organization. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong collaboration skills and a solid understanding of automotive processes and data management systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control change data for vehicle components and systems, ensuring compliance with EBRO system standards. Ensure proper documentation, approval, and communication of all product changes across departments such as R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and After-Sales. Maintain accurate configuration control and product data records within PLM or change management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the smooth implementation of approved design changes into production. Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and documentation standards. Ensure all engineering changes comply with homologation and regulatory requirements. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Intermediate or Higher Technical Certificate in Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years of experience in product change management, configuration management, or engineering coordination within the automotive or industrial sector. Solid understanding of vehicle systems, components, and manufacturing processes. Experience with PLM and change management systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA) and SAP. Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
