Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the materials and inventory operations for Diamond Foundry’s Zaragoza facility, enabling precise flow of high-value semiconductor materials and equipment. You’ll build and scale a greenfield warehouse setup, partner with our Trujillo foundry, and ensure compliant, safe handling and shipping of sensitive components. You will manage a local team and own logistics workflows to support rapid, high-precision manufacturing. • Lead the greenfield warehouse setup and optimize layout and storage for high-precision manufacturing
• Maintain inventory integrity with regular cycle counts and 100% accuracy in WMS/ERP
• Coordinate inter-site logistics between Trujillo foundry and Zaragoza finishing plant
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/Spanish labor standards and safe handling of gases and equipment
• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff, promoting ownership and transparency
• Oversee inbound/outbound international shipments and navigate Eurozone customs and semiconductor regulations
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in warehouse management in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing/automotive sectors
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Advanced experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and WMS
• Understanding of clean-room protocols and handling of sensitive electronic components or high-value materials
