Trevi S.p.A. is looking for Welder for construction site located in Madrid.RequirementsEnsure the restoration of damaged or worn metal components through welding.Manufacture new metal elements by interpreting technical drawings, guaranteeing required safety and quality standards.Prepare surfaces for welding.Select the most suitable welding method and tools based on materials, component dimensions, and work requirements.Maintain welding tools and equipment in perfect working condition.Suggest improvements or modifications to enhance functionality, strength, and safety of the finished product.Inspect welds to ensure they are free from defects or imperfections.Verify weld compliance with project specifications using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and other measuring instruments, and perform quality control checks.Report any issues encountered to the supervisor.Support the supervisor in departmental activities.Knowledge of mechanical stresses and material resistance.Ability to assess weld quality (finish, strength, burrs, etc.).Expertise in selecting appropriate welding tools, materials, and techniques.Ability to record technical data related to completed processes.Knowledge and application of specific safety standards (PPE, etc.).Familiarity with QC procedures and technical requirements (technical drawings, material standards, etc.).Ability to evaluate the functionality of safety devices on tools used (visual, mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, etc.)Trevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
